Refund policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through Everlast Australia.
1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY
At Everlast Australia, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We provide refunds and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the terms outlined in this Policy.
Any additional benefits outlined in this Policy apply in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not limit or exclude those rights.
We encourage you to read this Policy before making a purchase so you understand your rights and what to expect if there is an issue with your order.
2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer needing the product
- Finding the same item cheaper elsewhere
- Purchasing the incorrect machine, accessory or consumable
Discretionary Change of Mind Returns
Where Everlast Australia agrees to accept a change of mind return:
- Items must be unused, unopened and in original condition
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Approval is at Everlast Australia's discretion
3. SPECIAL ORDER & PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some products may be supplied on a special order or pre-order basis.
For these products:
- Change of mind refunds are not available
- If accepted for return, store credit only may be issued at Everlast Australia's discretion
- Store credit will only be issued once the product has been received and inspected
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
4. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Retain the product and all original packaging
- Provide photographs where possible
- Notify us within 30 days of delivery
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
5. FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, defective or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law:
- Contact us with details of the issue
- Provide photographs, videos or supporting information where requested
- We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy
Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
Some products may also be covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty or Everlast Australia Warranty Policy.
6. EXCLUSIONS
We may refuse a return, replacement or refund where:
- The product has been misused
- The product has been modified or repaired by an unauthorised person
- The product has been incorrectly installed
- The product has been damaged through negligence or improper use
- The issue does not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item arrived damaged
- The return is otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law
Where a return is approved under Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
8. PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds, replacements or store credits are generally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or finalising the claim assessment.
9. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To request a return:
- Contact Everlast Australia using the details below
- Provide proof of purchase
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Identification may be requested for verification purposes.
Please do not return any products without first contacting us for return instructions.
10. UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed:
- We will attempt to contact you using the details provided with your order
- Re-delivery shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
- After 6 months without response, the parcel may be deemed abandoned or unclaimed
